We have applied the capsa 2in1® closing system to the capsa 2in1® fast-assembly suspension packaging Korrvu Plus in order to optimise the logistical process:
Closing for safe transport. Which are located at the top shorted part of the box. As it reduces adhesive tape usage, it is money-saving.
Closing for picking and storage. Flaps have been specifically designed to reinforce the box structure, allowing the box to gain a second life. In other words, once our capsa 2in1® cardboard box accomplishes its task and arrives at the consumer’s hands, it can be re used as many times as the customer wants.

The capsa 2in1® multi-functional system has been integrated into our suspension boxes Korrvu® by adding an elastic low-slip film to safely keep products in place. In addition, this closing system also secures products when unboxing because it prevents any scratches while using a box cutter. Depending on the box selected, the flexible retention film accommodates different types of fragile and heavy products.
These boxes include our Plus System, which consists of a manual assembly and an easy-folding system in less than a second. This system optimises logistical efficiency and protects contents from vibrations and shocks during transit.
