Transport and storage of perishable items require controlled temperatures. Here at Capsa® we understand such needs. That is why we have partnered with Sealed Air®, to provide isothermal bags. These isothermal bags combined with our capsa 2in1® Fresh Duo boxes make the ideal solution to protect fresh products inside and outside the box. These boxes include our Plus System, which consists of a manual assembly and an easy-folding system in less than a second. This system optimises logistical efficiency.
Their closing system includes two types of flaps, particularly designed to boost business productivity:
Closing for safe transport. Which are located at the top shorted part of the box. As it reduces adhesive tape usage, it is money-saving.
Closing for picking and storage. Flaps have been specifically designed to reinforce the box structure, allowing the box to gain a second life. In other words, once our capsa 2in1® cardboard box accomplishes its task and arrives at the consumer’s hands, it can be re used as many times as the customer wants.

Our capsa 2in1® Fresh Plus boxes include reusable polyethylene bags with aluminum foil and cold accumulators. They can keep products fresh for longer up to 12 h in transit. Depending on the number of cold accumulators, fresh products can be stored and preserved for longer.
Therefore, this solution will provide efficiency, safety and freshness during transport of fresh products.
This is possible, thanks to its special interlocking flaps that do not require adhesive tape, which offers a clean and practical closing system, not to mention its visually attractive appearance.
