We have incorporated our capsa 2in1® multi-functional closing system which allows ship products safely and stock contents neatly. The interior volume of the boxes can be regulated thanks to two assembly systems: The Flex System and the Wrap System.
The Flex System conforms to products of all shapes, sizes and weight. It immobilises the packed items and also acts as a space reducer, which means there is no need to add packaging accessories and therefore it is money saving. Yes, that’s right, the same box reference works for shipping different small products at the same time. Flaps can be removed, but if you prefer to keep them, they can be custom printed on one side or both.
The Wrap System is based on a wrap-around fastening system in which height is regulated according to the units contained in the box. It also includes our multi-functional closing system consisting of two flaps for shipping (with self-sealing tape) and two interlocking flaps to close and re-open the box. This option works without tape and it is ideal for order preparation and once it reaches the customer, it can be reused after the unboxing.
