Capsa Packaging Wins Two Liderpack Awards 2025 for Sustainable and Innovative Designs
Capsa Packaging has been recognized with two Liderpack Awards 2025, the most prestigious packaging and point-of-sale display awards in Spain, organized by Graphispack Association and the Hispack trade show at Fira de Barcelona.
The company received the awards for Best Home Product Packaging with the e-PROTECT CITRI design and for Best Logistics and Distribution Packaging with the Tapless Telescopic Box.
e-PROTECT CITRI — Best Home Product Packaging
The e-PROTECT CITRI design was awarded for its combination of protection, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Developed for the Citring juicer, winner of the iF Design Award 2024, the project needed to reflect the brand’s values of efficiency and responsible design.
The solution created by Capsa Packaging consists of an e-Plus 2in1® outer box and two inner corrugated cardboard structures that provide full protection against impacts thanks to 15-mm air chambers.
These interior pieces are assembled with the cardboard itself, without the need for adhesive tape or plastic, ensuring total protection and easy assembly.
The e-Plus 2in1® model features an auto-bottom base, double-sided adhesive strip, and easy-open tear tape, allowing the box to remain intact for possible returns or storage.
Its minimalist white-on-kraft design conveys the premium and sustainable nature of the product.
A 100% monomaterial, secure, and reusable packaging solution, perfectly aligned with Citring’s design values and Capsa’s commitment to circular packaging.
Tapless Telescopic Box — Best Logistics and Distribution Packaging
The Tapless Telescopic Box received the award for its clever tape-free closing system, which enhances security, sustainability, and logistics efficiency.
Telescopic boxes are typically used for long and narrow products but often require large amounts of tape to ensure a secure closure.
Capsa eliminated this need by introducing a series of longitudinal cuts that allow height adjustment and locking at different positions, without external sealing.
In addition, its tamper-evident end caps ensure that only the final recipient can open the packaging, preventing tampering or accidental openings during transport.
The result is a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable solution that reduces auxiliary materials, saves time, and simplifies packaging and unboxing operations.
These two awards consolidate Capsa Packaging as a leader in developing sustainable, functional, and adaptable packaging, combining structural innovation, logistics efficiency, and reduced environmental impact.
